The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

To keep the site running and secure, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and keeps technical logs for a limited time.

Contact form and personal data

The contact form collects your name, your email address, the name of your organisation (optional) and your message. This information is used only to reply to your request: it is not published, sold or used for any other purpose.

This processing is based on Viviane Eeman’s legitimate interest in replying to the requests sent to her (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your message is sent by email through Cloudflare Email Service to the site’s technical provider, who passes it on to Viviane Eeman.

The form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell a visitor from a bot, Turnstile analyses your IP address and technical information about your browser when you submit the form.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, routes the messages and provides Turnstile, and the email service that receives them may process this data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
